ece 329: fields and waves

this is fields and waves. not super sure what we will cover yet but so far, two weeks in, we've been over E fields, B fields, Maxwell Equations, and a review of 3d/vector calculus. i took calc iii over 3 years ago now so it's a super welcome review, and i'm just now realizing how much has slipped my mind through 6 semesters of college.
